The ZG Cruiser was derived from the popular Sky Cruiser and Black Hawk designs but has been refined using the latest CAD and CNC technologies so our fit and finish are much superior to those products. No more differing-length spokes to keep you guessing as to which one goes where or the hoop not fitting correctly and/or looking out-of-round. All our spokes are the same length and have the same holes, so they will fit any way you choose. Just push the spoke in, snap-snap, and you are finished!

As with its conceptual forefathers, a nice feature of this frame is it's portability. This frame breaks down in minutes for transportation or shipping to those destinations you have always wanted to fly.

When choosing a PPG, the weight of the unit is a big factor and this unit very light, 13.4 lbs as shown. The use of silencer/reducers and larger spring buttons also helps reduce frame rattle and improves ease of breakdown. Plus they look good, too!

What is truly different about ZG Cruiser? Most importantly, it incorporates our exclusive ZG-Mount™ modular interchangeable engine mounting system so you can install any engine you choose. Just tell us what you have and we will send you the plate (engine mounting plate not included in frame price). By providing a standardized mounting system for all AeroThrust frames, ZG-Mount allows you to quickly and easily interchange engines and frames in a few minutes using only 4 bolts.

We also use two sets of engine vibration isolators, which drastically reduces the amount of engine vibration transmitted through the frame into your body.

Also unique to the industry is that we offer a wide variety of powder-coat frame colors ranging from mild (black) all the way through the colors of the rainbow to wild (hot pink), so you can match your frame to any wing/harness/whatever color combination turns you on.

The use of high-strength steel and T6-series aluminum makes this frame and cage very strong, an important factor for those days you come in too fast or forget to put your "landing gear" down.

Please keep in mind that during our research, the #1 concern expressed by experienced PPG pilots was that the weight of the entire paramotor unit is the most important factor. As a result, the AeroThrust ZG Cruiser is the lightest single-hoop cage paramotor available on the market today (55-57 lbs, depending upon motor used).
